The customer defines the component and its technical requirements. IBERIAHOLZ structures the production route around that requirement and remains responsible for the supplied result. The objective is not to sell individual machining operations, but to deliver repeatable components as part of a stable supply program.

Production may combine internal resources and controlled external capabilities where this is economically or technically appropriate. For the customer, however, responsibility remains with IBERIAHOLZ: technical conformity, quality control, batch release, packaging and supply are managed as one process.

Georgia provides the operating base for production and export. Its role is practical: access to regional supply chains, competitive operating conditions and direct logistics connections to European, Turkish and other international markets.
